Jotaro is borderline superhuman.

He's ran 400 meters in record-breaking times, he's managed to survive blows from The World (albeit with broken bones and potentially crushed organs) and he outright said he beats people so bad that they become hospitalized.

I see no reason for Jotaro not being able to shit on Diesel.
