Composite Human vs. Agent 47

Sure, the Agency might, but nothing was said about the Agency by OP.

Most bombs might be just wall-level. Composite Human isn't settling for low-tier bombs, bombs he'll scatter across the field in advance. Even if Agent sees them, he'll be incredibly inhibited in battle by all the preparations where it's, once again, tilted back into CH's favor.

If you gave Hitman prep, the Agency will do the prepping for him. Lol, its funny to imagine the agency guys and CH moving around the area, setting up stuff together.

What Xtasy said. 47's not gonna be encumbered as much as you think. He'd see where CH would be planting the explosives and right at that moment thanks to Instinct, and 47 would just shoot them.

So, we have an underprepared 47 dealing with a smarter opponent, one that has the battlefield set up to absurd levels, one who will play defensively and around his traps while abusing him from afar.

Who wins?

As hilarious as that would be, fairly sure that qualifies as outside help and wouldn't be allowed.

1 hour is good enough for Composite Human to do some quick battlefield prep.

Nah, he'd just buy some weapons from some black-market sites he knows very well and has a knack for finding them. He does pretty well with ordinary standard-issue weapons too.

Okay. Agent 47 would still come underprepared compared to CH.

47 with a pistol isn't really underprepared, if anything, even if you stripped 47 naked, he'd still find ways to infiltrate places with tight security and even get out just fine, albeit fully loaded this time.

47 with his pistol is dangerous enough as is.

47 with a pistol isn't defeating an entire landmine under him. Doesn't matter if he can see the bombs if everything around him explodes at the start of the match.

He didn't infiltrate, but he got out of such a naked situation in Absolution. He was bound and constantly getting tazed at the time too.

Avoid nearly omnidirectional explosions coming from just about everywhere except where Composite Human is standing?

How is CH gonna even manage to do that without planting them first?

Forget dodging, 20 meters is more than enough for 47 to shoot and take cover.

Make sure he plants his explosives far enough away that he can either endure or survive the blast. As well, he's the best bomb technician of all time. Planting various remote bombs is within his capabilities.

47 is not gonna let him do that with 20 meters worth of distance, he's gonna go immediately for the kill. Also, Instinct removes any chance of those bombs even proving to be worth the trouble of planting them in different areas.

Composite Human could slice a bullet at 30-40 feet, he can dodge them at 60. As well, disarming a bomb when it explodes the moment the battle starts sounds like a pretty bad plan.

That was a BB pellet travelling at 200 mph. Desert Eagle rounds move at over Mach 1.3, which 47 has dodged. Do you not see the insane difference? Check the upgrade thread for 47 to know more about his speed.

Also, Isao Michii was barely able to get his sword to make a slicing move, the pellet was already aimed at him, so he just drew his sword into it, that was the only thing that saved him. An actual supersonic bullet is gonna put a hole into CH's body before he can even draw his sword.

Voting 47 FRA

The man is already the most relevant bits of CH + Stronger, as well as a handful of other advantages stated above lol

When in the world did 47 have the intelligence and experience of literally all the smartest humans in existance?!?!?!

Question, has Agent 47 ever fought a wrestler or jiu jitsu fighter in his games?
Yup
Video please

Because otherwise all CH needs to do is close the gap and then completely restirct 47's ability to do anything. Look at armbars and legs bars from MMA, the person can't punch back and has to wrestle for control. Which 47 is hopelessly out matched in.
