And Im unsure of Julius's extent besides one layer.

It's use the portion of demon king power given to zeldris, null magic around him and it's say nulify all type of magic. And it can be used together with omnious nebula in the same time

That's just his powernull being stronger than the other powernulls, I don't see what makes him able to cancel those with a resistance

Since Speed is equalized, and this is like second Demon Mark so I assume is the version that increases the speed and intensity of OMN, So it would be almost the same situation as the merlin one
Maybe tho I could be wrong

Edit: Julius stopped his Arm for 5 seconds or even less and then he reverted to child form, everyone like Kaiser or the Silvas were also stopping the demon, so I can´t know if Julius could for example use the rest of his abilities when what he showcased was extremely short and vague

They’re only restricted if specified in the OP. If they’re above the AP tier the OP is allowed to restrict them. We don’t assume all tier jump amps are restricted by default

The best fear manip feat of Zeldris so far is making a character millions of times weaker than him sweat. Why should I assume that it would affect Julius in any significant way?
