Type 5 Immortality is basically just a stronger type 2.

Unless you have regen to compensate it, destroying your body may not kill you, but it still incapacitates you.

Goku has shown to fight threats capable of destroying countless multiverses, like Demigra, now remember wasn't even max power when that happened, Goku slaps via AP, plus we know he has the Hakai, so he pretty much wins the same way he beat Seiya, via AP advantage and the hakai being able to nullify types of immortality and resurrection (don't even know if his opponent has that but regardless still a stomp)
