Leaning towards Cobra. Well, poison won't help ethier of them and while Sala has a bit of versitalty he would barely ever touch Cobra with his mind reading abilty and Cobra can beat him up in submission.

Okay, her. Also, would that even matter? As dragon slayer when he consumes poison, it simply turns into magic energy and thus a similar effect is nulled.

Example is Mirajane Strauss she eats poison it self, but Cobra transforms it into magic to replenish himself.

The two things are not the same so i doubt her abilty working on him.
