The Parasites are clever enough to use the shadows (in darkness you'd expect at a place like that at half an hour before sundown) against her, so while one has her distracted one of the other two can come in from behind and strike her, and the other one can stay back or attack as well.
At that point, one of two things can happen: they keep on attacking her and injecting more of that deadly saliva in her body (if just one bite can kill a person in 20-40 minutes, more bites are going to make matters worse) or Uravity keeps them at bay with her powers and manages to kill them, but even if she does succeed she has no way of knowing how to cure this injury so she would die anyway.
There's also the chance that she takes out all of them without suffering an injury but I don't think it's likely, the Parasites that'd be stalking her from behind are stealthy enough that they're damn near inaudible to human beings.

Ah, the way I interpreted it was that there were two hiding and she was already facing one
"there are two parasites with one hidden at least a dozen meters away out of view while the other fights her first"
Well, my previous assessment doesn't change, just remove the "and the other one can stay back or attack as well" bits
