Rock is gonna be getting a "whatever tier the multipler gives him" tier right after his base power level though we'll also have to mention how strong he is with each amp individually and together in different ways since they can be stacked differently. X and Aile though are just getting a 10× amp added to them via the Double X Buster.

It would probably be best to calculate what tier the amps leave Rock at. I'm no math person so correct me if I'm wrong.

Rock's current AP is 11.42 Ninatons

10x amp would be 114.2 Ninatons, or High 5-A

100x amp would be 1142 Ninatons or 1.142 Quettatons. That's still High 5-A

10,000x amp would be 114200 Ninatons or 114.2 Quettatons. That's Small Star level+.
