Katakuri has superior speed and Precognition.
Alcremie has Low-High and a bit of hax.
Katakuri can't put Alcremie down due to the Regenerationn, but I have doubts on this since Pokémon tend to get exhausted despite this.
On the other side, Alcremie won't even hit Katakuri.
Sooner or later, Katakuri will flex Haki and Alcremie will get dominated by it.

If you're talking about Conqueror's, Dynamax energy prevents that kind of outside interference. It essentially puts you under Kharn rules.
