He scales faster, has good enough Kenbun to deal with FS and likely bloom sooner than Luffy did, has good enough AP do deal good damage, has good enough stamina and endurance to outlast Katakuri, is smarter, can fly, etc.

Sanji is much weaker than Gear 4 and its variants, and even with Gear 4 he wasn't able to deal significant enough damage to Katakuri before his 10 minute time ran out. Iirc Katakuri toyed with him even with Gear 4

Sanji's speed on his profile in the Whole Cake Arc comes from blitzing Oven, who is fodder compared to Katakuri in every aspect

Their stamina is relatively comparable. yeah Sanji's is better but Katakuri outclasses him in other regards

Diable Jamba is countered by just smothering Sanji with Mochi Mochi awakening

I don't see how someone inferior to Luffy can win when Luffy lost multiple times before unlocking super advanced Kenbun, which Katakuri has but Sanji doesn't

AP, speed, Kenbun, Buso, and unique abilities all go to Katakuri. Unless Katakuri for some reason has really dogshit heat resistance (which I think is a stupid way to analyze the verse, only characters hit by Sanji's Diable Jamba or other fire attacks are given heat resistance. Plenty of characters stronger than those characters haven't dealt with fire on screen so they automatically don't get heat resistance? That's not how anime works), then Katakuri wins. There's nothing much else to say

Even with his raid suit he's not getting a significant enough buff to surpass Katakuri, and his invisibility is rendered useless due to Kenbun
