Water only worked against Croc since it makes sand dense, allowing him to be hit. Kata is a bit different than Croc is so that weakness doesn't apply to him

Katakuri HAS a certain weakness against wet substances, but it doesn't make him vulnerable to physical attacks like it does to Crocodile. The density of his mochi is lowered only.
