A lot of people in Destiny, actually. Literally every Guardian has Law Manipulation, Low Godly, Immortality 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8, and Reality Warping. About 1/4th of all guns in the setting are Void Manipulation due to void being treated as an average element like fire and electricity.
Most guardians also have Acausality 4. The PC has 5.

Count Olrox has a ton of basic powers in Castlevania, including infinite soul hax, Regenerationn and Immortality Negation (Up to Mid-Godly and Types 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8), Mid Godly regen, magic, NPI and a ton of resistences.
