After revealing to Chaos what they both are, Garland mentions that Chaos would use his powers to destroy the world. Low 2-C?

Tbf, we do have multiple sources for Chaos to be Tier 2, but the Final Fantasy crew has been mostly inactive for years.

I read all the scans and I don't see anything implying Low 2-C.

Yeah, none of the scans in that Album indicate that; but this is where the Low 2-C feat comes from. Shinryu also apparently has a 2-C feat. But this statement could be added to the list of consistent 2-A statements for Exdeath.

My mistake, but Garland mentions that he would look for another cycle since his soul would remain beyond time and space. Doesn't that imply a destruction of the world at the space-time level?

I mean, World in context often means Universe in Final Fantasy, but not every use of it does. And it is indeed consistent with a multitude of other Tier 2 feats and statements between various Chaos/Cosmos and Shinryu tier foes. But I still feel if those scans are too vague.

Yeah tier 2 feat is from Materia and Spiritus creating the land of respite in Opera Omnia, which is separated into 3 separate dimensions: The world of Light, the interlude world and the world of darkness. The world of light is also called a universe when the torisions are mentioned in the intro.

"There is, however, little time. Torsions are appearing at a faster rate and threaten to unravel the very fabric of the universe itself."

This would still be able to scale to Cosmos and Chaos regardless, since they're the latter's reincarnations.

I mean, he just says "Fighting spirit will last forever, beyond space and time" which doesn't imply space-time being destroyed at all.
