Hi, I don't know much about the topic of powers, but I found some excerpts in the recent magazine that I think might suggest some kind of Plot Manipulation or Fourth Wall Breaking ability for the Chaos Gods.

Andy Clark (writer) is presented as an agent of Chaos, and it is suggested that Tzeentch is aware of everything he writes. It is even hinted that he will soon have quills instead of fingers, suggesting that he is being or has already been influenced by Tzeentch. (Plot Manipulation or Breaking the Fourth Wall)

Black Library author. Agent of Chaos. If Andy isn't reading a book, he's writing one of his own, Surely this behaviour has been noted by Tzeentch by now. Soon he'll have quills for fingers. Where does the ink come from, though?

Trying to explain the Warp would cause the magazine page to mutate and attempt to devour the reader (us). (Breaking the Fourth Wall)

The rules of existence are so far beyond mortal ken that even attempting to explain them here would cause this page to mutate, burst into flames and then probably try to eat anyone reading it.

This isn't something new, but I think it's the most direct and recent statement.
The Chaos Gods are the same across every game system.

The four original, primordial Chaos Gods are arguably the most ‘Warhammer’ part of Games Workshop’s entire mythos. After all, they alone can be found in some form or another across every game system we make and are largely the same in each version, even though they might be worshipped differently depending on which setting they elbow themselves into.
