According to the original manga, Athena's real identity is Sienna and she is supposed to be Greek, unfortunately the anime bastards changed her name to Saori Kido instead and turned her Japanese. So if we are following the original manga content, we should stick to the original translations.

I don't know where you got your information from, but her name is clearly Princess Sienna not Saori Kido.
