Due to the speed lines, the way her arm is stretched, & how muscles tend to work, I disagree that she moved her arm in a 90° fashion.

Most likely she drew her elbow in and stretch her arm back out (basically a sideways punch), rather than swinging her arm (which feels less natural on the arm).

Well to be fair, the more devils are feared the stronger they get

and due to the Gun events in CSM, it turned out to be pretty feared all around the world

So you could say its speed is justifiable

I would recommend against angsizing Quanxi's arm. Assume her height and use the human proportions calculator. Doubt it would change much but still, more accurate the better. The method itself looks fine? Divide distance by muzzle velocity to get timeframe then divide distance moved by said timeframe. Quanxi is NOT 6'4 though I do not believe that for a second.

I'm starting to question Part 2 Denji, since he and Graveyard Pochita had the same Power source, and the same look as well with the metal armor

I believe he scales to the full sonic Potency as well, that's for a different CRT tho

There is also a feat of Denji reacting to Katana Mans FTE sword dash ability, which is able to blitz people on his level of speed, this might give good results but I can go checking for speed feats if you'd like
