More complicated tiers and abilities such as conceptual manipulation is beyond my comprehension but if a being based of a concept or attacking such does not qualify or isn't enough to have the ability, I suppose it should be removed.

I don't think it's hyperbole since Castlevania's Lore is very clear that the root of the chaos in humans heart is the Chaos entity, plus the other quotes, now if this fits 1 or 2, I'm neutral, but this and Concept Manipulation should stay there
