Anyway, most if not all of Escanors abilities will be absorbed making Carol strong enough to defeat him before he amps, if he throws a Sun at her, he loses by default by that point.
Ms Marvel isn't as skilled, but is skilled enough to fight him in CQC.
If he gets stronger, Cap can keep absorbing until she gets strong enough to fight back.
This is a less lazy way of saying Ms Marvel via Absorbtion.
