Canon toonforce

While I was watching Animaniacs for the first time, this question came to my mind when I heard the Warner siblings singing about their toonforce being legit. How do we treat that? Like, we treat Bugs and Popeye as stupid gags, but what if it's a canon ability. I know there's some characters on this wiki that have it, but I don't really know who off the top of my head.

We do treat toonforce as legit though, just not absurd gags that are well, gags.
