Existence Erasure Can Negation Low-Godly ?

A character A has EE and can erase a being's body and soul. Could this give you Negation Regen Low Godly?

Or only if the deleted character has this regeneration?

Uhhhh... no.

This is simply overcoming the regen. Overcoming =/= Negating. Negating would be removing the character's ability to heal at all without necessarily killing them.
