Can the future warrior tap into super saiyan god since they have super saiyan blue

I'm pretty sure Future Warrior uses "Saiyan Beyond God" (which allows the user to access the power of the God Form without having to transform into it) to access Blue by transforming into a regular Super Saiyan whilst in the "SBG" state. (This is also how Goku Black achieved Rose, though his base form was always in the SBG state due to him already possessing God Ki)
So, most likely, yes. It was shown that Vegeta could access God even when he used the "SBG" Method before utilising God to access Blue, so there's no reason as to why Future Warrior can't do it as well.
