Can an attack move beyond time, and if so, what stats can be defined for?

eg: Semnia (Wonderful World) is capable of using a vortex called the Abyss, which neither Shake (Wonderful World), or even Friede (Wonderful World) can't stop the Attack in progress, but can do so for Semnia. What would this mean for Semnia; Void Manipulation, Immesurable Attack Speed via an unconfirmed name of an attack? Semnia doesn't directly enter the Abyss, so she can't be Immesurable. I know existing beyond time is something rarely talked about, and to be frank, I don't understand. So... Any answers?
