Call of Duty Zombies minor speed upgrade

So, after Ultimis Richtofen gets his soul trapped inside a zombie, he manages to catch up to Victis, and he is shot at by Misty. He manages to dodge the the bullet. Credit to @Yar_R_agi_7k for making the calculation.

Should scale to all playable zombie characters:

• Richtofen
• Takeo
• Dempsey
• Nikolai
• JFK
• Richard Nixon

Any future profiles, that are playable characters, should also scale.

There's not really much to go off. Misty has him dead in her sights in one panel and after she shoots, it cuts to the next panel of him dodging
