Numans (superhumans) are able to make feats (which I believe to be the most impressive) like:

• Catching an enormous missile and then throw it over 7000 meters away. They can also survive it's explosion, which is strong enough to level a city.
• Dragging a massive kaiju monster by pulling it through buildings with each tug, even being able to survive being crushed under it's foot.
• Harry Boffin and Masaemon Nakamura can run fast enough to leave trails of flames/electricity behind themselves, with Sharon and Bongo keeping up with them.

Description: The clash of Ryu's Hadou Ken and M.Bison's Psycho Power creates a mini tornado and parts some clouds.
Some other stuff worth going over for clarity:

1. Ken scales to Ryu's Hadou feats through both of their Hadou canceling each other out.
2. Despite being defeated and ambigiously killed by this, M.Bison scales because he previously tanked and no sold Ryu's Hadou Ken before. (Can't find a link of this that doesn't come from a piracy site.)
3. To cover this now, the 1994 and Alpha animated movies are not canon to this series. Only events that happen within this specific anime series apply here.

there's actually some official standard to what's considered a mountains peak or summit to do this so its not entirely subjective and we can at least do that with the measure of the common feat we already have in mind

Oh hey, I remember that show. Pretty sure the TUFF headquarters has been destroyed many times in the series and in all of those instances everyone happens to survive. I do have a calc in my drafts that gets this feat to Building.
