Calcing someone falling off a floor, but I have trouble with pixel scaling

So, in Dragon Quest: The Adventures of Dai, some girls fall off a floor

And past that point, I can't find what to do next:

Okay, the first image you provided, you should measure the foot in relation to the step's height.

After that, measure the step in relation to the width of the corridor. Soon after, measure the height of the corridor from the width of the corridor.

Once you did all that, use angular sizing. In that case, do it as such:
  • Distance from point of view to object = object size * panel height in pixels/[object height in pixels*2*tan(70deg/2)]
Once you determined the distance the corridor is from the camera, determine the distance the lady is from the camera in the same shot using the same formula described above.

After that, subtract the lady's distance from the corridor's distance. You should be good to go afterwards.
 
Oh! I am not trying to calculate how far the woman is from the door, I am trying to calculate what height she has fallen. But with the angle of the wall, I don't get how. ^^'
