We saw how powerful hax when Obito using with one eye and only Hashi's chakra. Kakashi takes this because 2 MS, SPC, and Byakuya is not Kaguya so there is no need to use even PS. Just go underground (this completely conceal user's presence and erase all trace of the chakra) and ambush. Also, Genjutsu with SPC and MS.

It only augments his Raikiri and gives him PS also most of the Arguments are extremely OOC making it seem like he would fight like Madara and Obito when he fights radically different from both

It is not OOC for him tog o underground.
It is not OOC for him to use clones for ditraction.
It is not OOC for him to use genjutsu.
It is not OOC for him to use Kamui ona target.
It is not OOC for him to use Kamui Raikiri on a target.
And it is not OOC for him to develop strategies while in safety I really dont get your in character and out of character complaints,

I feel like everyone is over complication things
Kakashi has a higher chance of winning as him having to kill Byakuya requires far less effort
however Byakuya insnt getting one shotted 8/10 times or something like that as the battle relies heavily on the fact that Kakashi would just have to Kamui Byakuya straight with his eyes which is something that this Kakashi doesn't do in character. yes Kakashi has done many of things in the past but saying he would do it now is just wrong you have to look at what Kakashi did with DMS.
saying it OOC is a valid argument as it's the same thing as me saying six paths Naruto would trap Sasuke in a Genjutsu via the frog song... which is something he can do as he has done it before but very OOC for this version of Naruto.
this Kakashi doesn't spam clones or make mudwalls..even though everyone forgets that his shadow clones would get absolutely demolished by the pedals
while yes he can go underground and hide and what not.. it requires him to deactivate his susanoo an go underground.. Byakuya would notice this.
you cant say he placed Clones before the time as that would indicate prep time.
also the moment Kakashi leaves his susanoo his 7-B not 6-B
