On the other hand, Chi-Chi is the smarter fighter and could come up with more creative and intuitive ways to use the Power Cosmic.

it should be a stalemate. Cosmic cube grants nigh omniscience, so their wouldn’t really be a gap in intelligence between the two, and both should be capable of one shotting the other with their multiversal+ AP
