Bulma VS Chi-Chi But There's a Twist

A cosmic cube users can become one with the universe. But aside from that, the cosmic cubes contain a large array of information, data, knowledge, and history, which can be accessed by the user - albeit most other users haven't really accessed it, just a few.

Since it's a reality warping device, you can just wish for stuff and you can get it.

CAN become one with the universe, & array of info, data, knowledge & history CAN be accessed by the user?
But such is not automatically done?

Meaning Bulma & Chi Chi might not realize they have reality warping devices? In such circumstances, I can see Bulma taking the time to investigate it.... If Chi Chi probably wasn't about to throw her helmet blade/shoot lasers to kill her; She might not have time to analyze it/call on its power.

It happens almost instantly once someone wishes for it. Like Thanos that time did it and became a universe itself.

But no, it doesn't grant you tons of abilities automatically. You need to know how to use it and what it does.

But it won't happen at all if they don't wish for it, & they won't wish for it if they don't know the Cosmic Cube can do that, right?

Makes sense.

So yeah. Bulma MIGHT wish for something useful, if Chi-Chi's attacking her & she's thinking "Man, I sure wish I had a huge laser cannon right about now."
Of course, if Bulma has such tech already, there might be an instance of Chi-Chi being the wisher.

But Bulma, if prompted, might be smarter about her wishes.
The worst case scenario for Bulma is that she gets too fixated on the cube & Chi-Chi dismisses hers, & Bulma fails to see a laser/helmet blade approaching her skull on time.
 
I vote for Bulma, currently Chi-Chi is not so immersed in battles, and Bulma's intelligence and astucy to use the cube can tip victory in her favor.
