Bullton Profile Rework

I decided to make this thread to correct Bullton's heavily outdated profile. It's missing a bunch of abilities, resistances, references, and much more, so I decided to just rework it (along with many other Ultra Series profiles).

So, what exactly is different between Bullton's old and new (reworked) profile? Well, the differences are:

• Changed his tabber to a more clean look
• Added references or scans to almost everything (that needs it)
• Added Self Sustenance Type 1 and 2
• Added Dimensional Manipulation (it's literally his main thing, lol)
• Added Perception Manipulation and Dimensional Travel (how did we miss that, it's pretty blatant ngl)
• Added an extra justification to Bullton's Time Manipulation as he can also stop time
• Added Soul Manipulation as it's a package deal with Mind Manipulation (Inner Light and it's accepted)
• Added Existence Erasure and Void Manipulation
• Added 'higher via Death' to its two previous keys due to the nature of its death would summon Greeza
• Changed his Range from 'Interdimensional and Universal+, possibly Low Multiversal' to High Universal up to 'Complex Multiversal' (each world is its separate dimension and their 6-D in size)
• Changed his Intelligence from 'Unknown' to 'Genius, likely Extraordinary Genius'
