Does turning Ginyu into a bug count as a type of win for Bugby?

So, it's eating Bugby for Ginyu.
And turning Ginyu into a bug.
I see Ginyu turning into a bug more likely considering I think that if Bugby gets hit once that'd sorta be instinctual, that and I think he outranges

If Ginyu tries to eat Bugby (Reminder that he's still sentient and has his old mind so it's questionable if he'd even attempt this like any other frog), Bugby out of sheer fear would fire it's beam and Ginyu would be a bug.
If Bugby fires it's beam at all in this fight (it will), it practically won. Outranges Ginyu, and uses hax more than Ginyu (Seeing as Ginyu... can't). Bugby can't even read Ginyu's writing since they're from different universes; Bugby CANNOT say "Change now!" for Ginyu's ability to work even if Ginyu attempts it like he did Tagoma.
