Physically DDD one-shots and Bowser can't harm him, in terms of hax it's very in character for DDD to use his new mind hax and he also has decent resistances to some of Bowser's hax.

I think it's fair to say that DDD takes this.

I gotta give this one to King Koopa. Hes basically insanely durable making DeDeDes options of harming Bowser very little. While I DO say DeDeDe is Smarter, Bowser has a bigger arsenal, more experience, and CRAZY durability.
