In chapter 3 of Dragon Ball, Goku one shots a bear theif!

I did a calculation for the bear theif's AP: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Hagane_no_Saiyajin/Goku_kills_a_bear

The results speak for themselves of the speed being subsonic and AP being 9-A

With that being said, it may be time to upgrade characters from 9-B to at least 9-A now since Goku did one-shot a 9-A character

The calc also gave subsonic results for the bear, and Goku did evade him, but I'm not sure how usable that is

Probably combat speed and reactions unless Goku outran it

Also, would it be a good idea to have characters in the 21st Budokai be "at least 9-A possibly higher", or "9-A+"?

Preferably the former. I think that we are only supposed to use the + sign with calculations as a basis.
