I understand Lilith lifted and teleported a city, and there's a case to be made she could at least lift things that heavy. But I'd argue that doesn't scale to AP or durability. No non-siren ever does anything comparable to this.
The most impressive feat we can see from fodder enemies is Loaders tanking being shot out of a giant canon from orbit, likely making them 9-B, which is backed up by them using attacks of similar strength. A loader blasts a hole in the wall of Roland's cell (which he was unable to break out of)and its weapon is then used to kill yet another loader (a model which is arguably more defensive). And an exploader that attacks you soon after only destroys the cell door with its self-destruct. Yet they're able to harm vault hunters with these attacks. Not to mention, if most, if not all vault hunters are so comparable to sirens, why are sirens regarded so highly?
