He controls them basically, and they can form when he rips a cell out of his body.
 
Also, Accel showed remote vector control even in base. He could just grab Bog with it and BFR him.

He could but that was done in Black Wings cannonly so I wouldnt say he would use it here

alothught i still need to do a ctr in NT6 it was hinted that he could kill normal regenarating opponent during his fight with kakine,

for now it's just inoclusive

Wait... What about Plasma? Accel can force the air to become plasma trough his powers, wich generates enough heat to vaporize any liquid. How is Bog going to deal with the heat? It will vaporize the acids or even turn it into more plasma.
 
he doesn't even need to use plasma as he can just compress him and hold him in ball, but how is he gona get all the duplicates ?
 
Being vaporized and having the smoke generated converted into more plasma? Accel is generating Plasma with AoE effects.
 
Yes because Bog keeps clones off the battlefield that he can fully regenerate from

u are missing the point the duplicates are still there
 
He tends to have a dozen or so hidden on and off the battlefield at any given point in time

He can also hide them underground and can create more at will
 
varying in size from fist sized to miniature clones of himself, all of which have all of his powers including his body controlling powers and Regenerationn
 
if they are fist sized even post head shot could beat him by taking all the clone and conpressing them winning by incapacitation
 
Did you miss the part where theyre hidden both on and off the battlefield? He wont know where they are
