For some reason Bofoy is scaling to Child Emperor who has a Low 7-B+ feat, but he's Low 7-B. Dunno what's up with that.

Well, Baby 5 is likely backscaling a bit from Chinjao's feat of 5.8MT, being actually above Bofoy's power if we go by the profiles (despite the Millennium Emperor Nova being 5.39MT strong, making the difference almost non-existent).

I think Bofoy's profile is lacking lots of things, because he doesn't have the Explosion Manipulation that comes from the explosives.

He has Flight as an advantage since Baby 5 needs Buffalo to do so, but with ranged options as good as Bofoy's he won't be escaping from her either.

I think Bofoy should take this. Baby 5 might be stronger, but she's not strong enough to no-sell Bofoy's attacks and nothing will stop the latter from flying away to gain distance and spam ranged options. Baby 5 lacks the mobility to keep up with Bofoy.
