With Yors acrobatics, equal speed, and the relatively small distance she needs to cover she should be able to close the distanc whilst dodging decently easy.

Don't believe Yor has dealt with an attack like that before since she's basically the peak in the verse and hasn't encountered anything like that in combat
 
That said she does have some extremely acute superhuman level senses and loads more cqc combat experience than Blyke
 
Considering the absurd skill advantage Yor have in combat added to her acrobatics to dodge the lassers, her sense to feel danger (which probably will help if he decide to use his omnidirectional attack), along with the fact that she can close the distance quickly and even from distance is able to take him down with her accuracy, I believe that she can quite easily defeat him even considering that she probably will be surprised by his powers.
