Kessler stomps.

To elaborate, Kessler is on top of a scaling chain that starts with surviving a 27 megaton explosion. Supes is around 30 Megatons. Do the math. Kessler has versatility up the ass and is a range spammer while Supes is a close quarters brawler. Hell, Kessler's even a higher level of extraordinary genius. He's smarter, stronger, more experienced, more versatile, and more ruthless. Clark simply can't win.
