"Blitzing Soldiers" Speed Question

I have noticed that being able to blitz numerous soldiers at once seems to lead to a significant speed placement. Both King Bradley and Hercules are rated Hypersonic+ and Hypersonic, respectively, with this listed as one of their (or exclusively) reasonings. Would any character who can Blitz numerous soldiers at once qualify for this?

For Bradely there's a calc, not sure about Hercules, the descriptions for his Hypersonic rating sound more like Subsonic feats...

I only ask since I am trying to find good SC2 speed feats. I found two instances of Sarah Kerriga blitzing Marines pretty easily, and was wondering what she would be for it. As for the Bradley calc, idk if it is my computer, but I don't see how he got such a tiny timeframe.
