Bill vs. Chuck

Because of the idea of "Bill runs away due to passive fear hax" which doesen't even happen right away, he had to actively use his powers to scare the concept of evil

But he didn't need to activly use it to scare space.

And bill is not going to use his powers from far away. He will go up to chuck and listen to what he says or taunt him, like he did with every enemy
 
I'd like to point out the one time bill actually did get scared, he was more than willing to use his powers (Although they didn't work since he was dying in the process) If he is scared but still can use his powers, then he'll abuse them.
 
Him being afraid of dying and activating a ressurecting power is not comparable in any way to conceptual fear manipulation being aplied and him getting scared away.
 
There are only two concepts he's scared, one of which was done actively and not passively, and the other was... Well, whatever the hell "fear has nothing to fear except chuck norris" means.
 
Scaring space is also conceptual. And it doesn't matter, because bill doesn't resist it and gets scared away regardless.
 
Space itself was created because stuff didn't want to even get close to him. And what even is your point? Bill doesn't resist it.

That means bruce resists it.

Seriously, people seem to estrapolate stuff with Bill to the extreme in everything.
 
And before people say that the same goes with chuck, go make a crt and argue what has been argued already a dozen times.
