Hence this is his mutated body as shown in the OP. His mutated body can't spread through timelines. Nothing is stopping Cipher from changing him into stone or a curtain.

Bill. Immortal Soul Zamasu shouldn't be used in battles on this level, until hopefully the manga gives him more feats/abilities. He didn't get a chance to actually do much in the anime.

If the OP means just anime, then no manga. Showings from the manga can be considered as long as nothing from the anime is contradicted, the latter of which is the primary here.
