Technically, it's a type 8 reliant on a concept, but also as a type 9 as that concept exists as 682's true form.

You can, theres tons of characters who have it in a similar situation to 682

Technically that concept still allows for a type 8 and a type 9 through a bit of a loophole. Most type 9's aren't also type 8's based off their true form as they aren't usually walking concepts, buy here 682 presents a case where since their true form is a literal concept that ties into their existence and prevents 682 from getting killed, it's a type 8 as well.

Okay, having read through this thread in its entirety this should actually be fine, at least for now. I have plans to reorganize parts of the verse to canonize the timeline of universe resets that would undoubtably readd both Pitch Haven and Leviathan as keys for 682 but that's for a later date
