Shoudn't Big Mom have Fusion Empowerment? Because she fused her hair with Prometheus and was able to imbue Napoleon with Prometheus' flames.

By the way, Fusion Empowerment is the ability to become faster, more durable, etc from being fused to or infusing any object, power, entity or matter possibly unlocking abilities related to affinity and enhancing his/her existing powers. Some users might be able to draw sustenance (strength or noursihment) from the things they are infused with.
