Bendy and the Dark Revival buffs bendy in a couple of interesting ways.

The first obvious one is the fact bendy has a noticeably higher intelligence as shown when he telepathically communicates with Audrey as shown here. Another thing is that ink bendy was able to easily destroy Shipahoy Wilson who is able to lift an an anchor that weighs at least 1 ton. Image of shipahoy wilson
This would likely put ink Bendy up to small building level if my calculations are right. If they aren't, then Beast bendy should at least be put into a higher tier from sheer size alone, and the fact he was able to fling searchers and members of the butcher gang with little effort. But bendy has a smaller form now too. I don't know if that would be a downside or an upside, but it's there.

since the average anchor of that size weighs about 2500 pounds, if we added the chain and body weight of shipahoy wilson that would be a multi ton feat and either a class 5 or class 10 lifting strength. And since Bendy did it with relative ease, it is likely higher.

These points and more are already being discussed here, and for the sake of getting these applied in a quick and orderly manner, I think conversation about Bendy upgrades/additions should be contained to that ongoing CRT.
