That's at least one valid wincon then for Ben then. Clockwork is still a thing, and he can slow down time for everything but himself to make himself incredibly fast (or appear that way to anyone seeing him), so I'm gonna say aging Luffy to dust is still valid too.

I don't think so. For example, Link from BotW and Link from Age of Calamity are different timelines but they still use Age of Calamity speed scaling on his main profile. I could be wrong but that's just one example I've seen to the contrary.

Punching him.... isn't gonna do anything the same ginormous cup tried to punch him but Goop was still able to go through his mouth regardless thanks to Goop body being made of liquid

AFAIK Haki only works because it forces Logias to solidifiy. It's not harming them in spite of their intangibility, it's turning it off so they can be hurt normally. At least, I think. I don't know too much about OP.

Jokes aside Featherine has immeasurable speed which is faster than the faile safe + none of ben aliens would survive a single attack from Featherine so even if speed was equal the faile safe won't even activate, unfortunately the same doesn't apply to Luffy since of ben aliens can survive his attacks
