Swampfire can still be incapped through a blunt force attack. If those don't work, Hal will restrain him, and Feedback can't absorb emotional energy, neither can he break out of it with lifting strength since Hal has Stellar level LS

Swampfire even if restrained, can just grow grass sized small part near Omnitrix to turn into a ghost freak. Refer to vilgax vs UA Swampfire.
Vilgax tried to hit Ben, and Omnitrix turned him into a Ghostfreak, although I don't have a clip at me atm.

Metaphysical equalisation. If Ben can absorb a metaphysical energy in Ben 10, then he should be able to in other verses unless there's some form of layers.

How is this not a stomp, None of Bens base aliens reach 2-C?
Plus, 3-A ap should trigger the failsafe no matter what way you put it. He is strong enough to kill any of Bens aliens in one shot, Plus, what if Ben just turns into Chromastone or something and absorb anything which Hal throws at him?

Ben is the omnitrix and vice verse, I doubt he can differentiate Ben from the omnitrix.

Upchuck’s Absorption isn’t strong enough to absorb Hal’s energy attacks, so I don’t see how.

Since Master Control is being used here, wouldn’t Ben be getting the aliens he chooses instead of the watch picking for him?

Not just master control is instinctive (Vilgax punched Ben and he turned in ghostfreak real quick without possibly wanting to) but that Omnitrix prioritises Ben's safety above anything else. Considering it gave Ben everytime the right Alien he needs, failsafe mostly always working. Kinda explains how Ben got Alien X against Annhilargh and galactic gladiator when he wasn't nowhere near danger since Annhilargh didn't even started- so it can just get things around Ben to give what he needs. Even if Ben would want humungausaur to deal with Hal, Omnitrix would know he'll get nuked to Oblivion. Also the very point that Omnitrix is a part of Ben's body makes it obvious that Hal's ring gonna consider Omnitrix dura. So regardless how things go. Omnitrix will take things in it's hand.

Also as much as i know, speed get's equalised in a way that fight can takes place and so
Perception speed> reaction speed > attack speed > travel speed.
So Ben will not be blitz by Hal here since his transformation speed is instinctive, and, he shouldn't be dumb enough to take an attack coming from front head on.

This reminds me why Azimuth is called first thinker, bro literally thought through entirety of Ben's life. I mean the very reason failsafe was made is that Omnitrix might get into a child's hand which shouldn't be possible since Omnitrix is linked with Ben's DNA so he technically accurately guessed that Omnitrix will be in possession of a Tennyson child. Prolly because Omnitrix deals with stuff as it needs to be tbh. Ben got the spider or whatever guy against Tokustars and many stuff, also kind of long run show so things will always go from inconsistences somewhat, pretty sure hal would have dozens of inconsistences too. But Ben got in the end that resisting is futile, Omnitrix knows what's needed.
we know failsafe will protect ben from hal ring is the stuff we need to consider above inconsistencies.

It seems that somewhere it was indicated that he absorbed sub-energy, which is several dozen times more powerful than the energy of the Sun. Therefore, I disagree with you here (although it seems that this is not yet on the wiki, but is discussed in another thread)
