I don't know much about conceptual stuff, but like mana in Ben 10, it's the energy of the universe.

Green lantern doesn't have cm so no. Also for a personal energy that Green lantern uses to fight to be something that affects Cosmos is not just looks wanked but funny as hell.

the power rings used by Green Lanterns are derived from the emotional spectrum. The emotional spectrum is a concept within the DC Universe that represents the range of emotions in the universe, each associated with a different color. The Green Lantern Corps draws its power from the green light of willpower, which is one of the emotions on this spectrum. Other colors and emotions in the spectrum include red (rage), orange (avarice), yellow (fear), blue (hope), indigo (compassion), violet (love), black (death), and white (life). Each color has its own corresponding corps or group of individuals who wield power rings fueled by that emotion.

Well when u see from other perspective that Ben will get one shotted because ring precision, yes. But I don't much care either way considering i don't think fight will unfold like this but meh, majority thinks it'll go like that then staump.
