Well Yogiri can bypass passives but with speed equalised he may not be able to.

If that is the case, Yogiri likely gets stomped by passives and with speed unequalised Yogiri stomps.

I believe this is inconclusive

If speed is equal, they both likely die at the same time

Add that to Yogiri's fatehax and GoD's unknown range, and then it becomes even more incon
