Okay, let's see if this goes similarly to Bazz-B vs Hitsugaya~. BFF is restricted. The fight takes place outside Wahrwelt. Both are serious and they start thirty meters apart from each other. Bazz-B starts in base. Anything goes.

Gray is going to have a hard time against Bazz B. His ice attacks will either get melted or negated by blut vene and if Bazz-B decides to fly and spam ranged attacks Gray has no chance

Well Gray can fly with an ice platform, I think. But I'm not sure it's as good as normal flight and Bazz-B could melt it or something.

The only thing Gray could do is iced shell to seal the dude, but that's highly unlikely, so i will go for Baza via Bepo's reasoning.
