It wouldnt actually, we currently dont use anything from Antonio's notebook as we had already acknowldged it in the past as having been inaccurate. Acknowledgeing it here would actually lead to some upgrades
This argument is flawed. Upgrades in the past were rejected for being blatant, demonstrable outliers, not because Antonio is inherently wrong.
Again, I have done this, since I have searched for character statements claiming that Witch Time is a time slow: there are none.

Wellthen frankly you didnt do good because im 4 hours in and have 5 instances of it being stated as time slow and several instances where it wouldnt make sense mechanically if it were just a speed amp.
And if that thread claimed Antonio was inaccurate, then the thread obviously came to the wrong conclusion. Reread my statements.

Weekly chill, I'm pretty sure a single in-game statement of it being time manipulation is good enough to prove your point. Also twitter statements are allowed as long as they are clear-cut, don't contradict anything and the question isn't leading to get a certain answer. Can't speak for all verses though since certain authors do have a reputation of trolling and this kind of stuff is clearly case-by-case.
Ive already posted multiple and it wasnt enough as well as scans from the guidbook saying its time slow, hence why im going through the entirety of both games
