okay i'll make it fair by making the setting a place where there's a ton of buildings. Battle takes place in the city.

Its still closer than throwing human Eren at him, human Eren literally just has basic combat training, all his skill is geared towards fighting in his Titan form

also i changed the setting to make it fair. eren can use the buildings in the city. that grappling stuff should help him against able.

there's a lot of buildings in the city. so able would make a lot left and right turns which would slow down his speed. he can't move freely like eren can.

this city has plenty of skyscrapers and tall structures. eren can use that to his advantage.

also since the city is very crowded with lots of twists and turns. that's going to slow able down quite a bit.

because of these factors. it's not as one sided as you think it is.
