Jonathan Joestar Advantages: Hamon ignores durability

More creative in battle.

Higher in the building level range, aka more ap.

Probably a tad faster combat wise

Luther Strode Advantages: Better regen (at least scale wise)

Better with calculations (see pseudo probability)

Better with reactions


All in all, I give it to Jonathan with high diff. Hamon only drawbrack is that he needs to breathe and Luther probably wont notice how his power works, so early part of the fight leans to Jonathen. Mid fight, Luther would figure out how hamon works and try to create either distance or prevent his breathing, but just by comparing speeds, this will not work that many times. And in the long game, this can go either way, but Johnathen has fought enemies before who are just more powerful then him (Tarkus and Dio are big examples). He is good with picking out weaknesses and analyzing patterns, probably just as good if not better then Luther in a fight. Plus, all he needs is one hit in and he is dead, Johnathen can tank some pretty good amounts of damage.

My vote is for Jonathan.

Going with Jonathan Joestar for reasons above, he has more range and The Ripple would allow him to bypass Luther's durability. Altrought Luther has Regenerationn, which would allow him to survive for a long while.
